What is Privilege Services’s recruitment methods of domestic staff ?
Step 1: the exchange
A Private Assistant comes to your home to discuss with you and set a complete and customized application which suits your domestic staff’s needs. Entrust him/her all your requirements and your expectations ; the search will be successful quickly.
A comprehensive questionnaire, realized by Privilege Services, will be given to you and completed together to discuss with your Private Assistant about all your needs, in a comprehensive and confidential way.
Step 2: the meeting
Your Private Assistant selects for you up to 5 interesting profiles, which are fully adapted to your previously communicated needs.
The Private Assistant organizes a first interview with the candidate(s) during which he/she will be able to judge the skills and the quality of them (with reference check). As a professional conciergerie, we have already many interesting profiles in our network, for all your needs !
Finally, your Private Assistant submits the applications to you and explains in detail the figures and the results of the discussions. You are now able to decide which candidate (s) will have the chance to meet you personally, confidently.
Step 3: the final choice
When you finally decide you met enough candidate (s), and if your choice fell on one of them, your Private Assistant supports the administrative tasks of “recruiting in a private household”.
Finally, your Private Assistant gives all the information needed to the domestic staff you have chosen, according to your instructions, during the 1st day of mission at your home.
If you wish, your Private Assistant can assist you repeatedly for the replacement(s) of your household worker or to realize the calculation for holidays taken by your new employee.
